Key Personnel

Tom Stevens, President – ()
With over 32 years experience in the environmental/construction industry, he feels confident bidding any size project that comes up to bid. Tom has his Bachelors degree from the University of Kansas, Contactors licenses #947563, B-1,C-21, C-2, ASB, EPA Lead Certification & 40-Hour OSHA Training. He also implemented the company’s Health and Safety Program. His experience ranges from General Construction, Demolition, Asbestos/lead abatement, Mold remediation, Project Management, Estimating, Overall business operations, Marketing and Sales. Tom has sold/managed projects ranging from $10,000.00 to over $9 Million dollars. ​

Gerald Adkerson, Vice President – ()
Over 30 years of experience in the environmental and petroleum industries as a program manager, project manager, facilities manager, wastewater specialist and site manager. He is experienced with federal and non-federal site investigations, remediation, environmental compliance and general construction. Mr. Adkerson is currently the program manager for contracts with the Army Corps of Engineers, Navy and National Guard.

Fakri Zubek- Controller/General Manager – ()
Over 30 years of experience in finance and management.  Implementation of financial infrastructures within organizations including staffing, training, technology, internal controls and procedures to take the company to the next stage of growth. A collaborator who works across the organization to achieve business and financial objectives.

Will Guerrero, Vice President of Demolition – ()
Mr. Guerrero has over 24 years in the construction industry with 14 years in the Environmental Services Industry. His responsibilities have included: Knowledge of every facet of environmental and abatement projects beginning with scheduling, site oversight of projects as a site supervisor, competent person, overseeing all site operations, site safety, project scheduling, daily operations, field management of equipment and personnel. Procurement of materials as well as obtaining competitive bids from subcontractors, writing up divisions of work and scope letters. Writing and executing contracts with clients as well as subcontractors. He has estimated and ran large scale projects for various cities, school districts and military projects. He has demonstrated consistent success and client satisfaction in regard to safety, budget and schedule tracking. Mr. Guerrero has been managing 50+ personnel which include the following: Skilled Field Technicians, Laborers, Supplier’s, Vendors, Subcontractors and Haulers.
